Constructive criticism on this would be very much appreciated, i will respond to all suggestions either in agreement or with a sensible reason for sticking with my original choice.

Some things i would have liked

Extinguish or gale on the water ele- this guy was really stretched for skills

Some kind of caster disruption, atm shutting things down consists of malaise and sitting warriors on them.

Edit: changed the spike up a whole lot
ice spear is there fore pressure as well as spiking, hence it being better than vapur blade
mending touch is there because on anyone else i'd be using RC

flagstand ele:

extinguish is nice, vapor blade>ice spear
imo blinding flash>blurred vision

mending is touch is eww(dismiss condition/mend condition)
also your rc has 9 earth magic

Personally i would use shadow prison on the hammer, and use evis on the axe
shadow prison>hammer bash>crushing>protectors

and
evis>critical chop on war, bulls strike is very nice, and i would consider rush over sprint

the mending touch in the build is for the RC guy to use on himself. if he wants to remove from someone else, he will RC.

my comments:
curse necro looks like he will be really strapped for energy.

you only have 2 res sigs and a hard res. this could make for some really really quick flagstand fights.

also, some general organization would be apreciated, for both skill order as well as party order
